Items Purchased Directly from Us (our website)

We will be more than happy to accept returns of any product you purchased from our website (www.sunbeesoaps.com) as long as it is unused and within 30 days from the date of purchase (as indicated on the sales order). If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased directly from our website after it has been opened and used, please contact us via any of the methods below and we will be more than happy to work with you to resolve your concerns.

Refunds or credits will be based on the product(s) price at time of purchase. Refunds will be provided for products only. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Damaged Items or Mis-Shipments

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and to make sure that the correct product was shipped. Although rare, mistakes do occasionally happen on the part of our shipping department.

If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, or if we made an error in the shipment, we will bend over backwards to make it right.
