Are your products all natural?
Yes! We are a 100% all natural soap company, using essential oils for scent, plant/earth materials for colorants, and wonderful raw unrefined carrier oils!
Do you have a retail store where you are located?
No, we sell our products via this website and our catalog. We also have numerous retailers that sell our soaps! You can also find us at local farmers markets and shows through out the seasons.
Do you test on animals?
No, we never test our products on animals!
Are Sun Bee Soaps ''Cruelty Free''?
We do not use any animal products in our soaps, all of our soaps are vegetable based.
How long does your soap stay Fresh?
Our soaps usually stay 'good' for years! In fact the older a soap gets, the longer it will last when you finally combine it with water in your tub or shower.
What's the size of your soap?
Our soap bars our cut by hand every batch, and are about 3 inches long, 2 inches tall and 1 inch wide. Our soap bars weigh approximately 5oz.
How long does a bar of soap typically last?
Most of our customers say a bar of our soap lasts them between 3-4 week. This is based on normal use. But everyone's ''mileage'' may vary!
What should I do to make my soap last longer?
Let your soap dry out between uses, by putting your soap on some kind of soap dish that allows air to circulate around the bar. Keep your soap out of direct water while showering.
What are your Business hours?
Our online store operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our shipping and receiving hours are Monday to Friday from 11am-5pm Eastern Standard Time, Maine USA.
How is my order shipped?
We generally ship all orders by US postal service.
Do you guarantee your products?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our soap. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, let us know. We'll do our best to make things right for you! Please keep in mind the nature of natural, personal care products, and understand that we cannot except for exchange items that you have opened, handled, cut or used.
